Information to include
When you contact support, please include as much of the following as you can:
- A short description of the issue
- App version (shown in the app settings or about screen, if available)
- Device model and operating system version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18)
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- Work or organization email, if your access is managed by an employer
Managed by your organization
If you use PMS VB through your company or school, your administrator may control access, password reset, and permissions. Contact your internal IT or project administrator first when the issue is about accounts your organization issued.
